Let’s get hundreds of people together (IRL or virtually) and do something transformative! We curate through a co-designed process convenings that are experiential, educational, and relational. We want attendees to leave knowing that something in them and the world has shifted. 

Our special sauce is a combination of fierce project management skills with a curatorial lens for crafting durational experiences and democratically involving dozens of people in designing the event. Life is too short for boring conferences - and it’s always better to co-design with the people.  We approach this work by planning the hell out of it and holding it all loosely, offering a meticulous level of care in co-design while allowing for the inevitable Messy of complexity to emerge.
